RBVBS · Daily Progress Reporting

Every bay. Every bolt. Every day.

RBVBS turns a pre-engineered building into a live 3D record — capture site progress, validate every transition, and publish the daily report. Every assembly, every day.

01 The build, in 4D

Scroll the programme — watch it rise, bay by bay.

Foundations across the whole site, then frame by frame from the end wall: columns, rafters, alignment, QC, braced to the next frame, then girts & purlins. The Gantt and calendar move with the steel.

02 Programme alignment

Every component has an ideal window. RBVBS finds the plan they all agree on.

Steel, crews and cranes each have a comfortable time to fabricate, dispatch, erect and sign off. RBVBS weighs every preference against the whole programme — and converges on one agreed schedule, tonnage balance and handover date.

03 Dispatch & stacking

Odd shapes, long trailers, real roads — delivered to the right bay.

PEB members ship in non-standard sizes and weights. RBVBS nests each load for full decks without overload, routes it past height & turning limits across India, and drops it exactly where the next bay is going up — datewise and baywise.

04 Material & nesting

Design a member — it’s nested the same moment.

RBVBS is the one group that links design to nesting in real time. The instant members are optimised, the material plan builds itself — every plate auto-nested to the tightest layout, wastage driven down, and off-cuts returned to stock and reused. The designer knows the saving the moment the drawing is done.

05 On the machine

From nest to nozzle. The plasma follows the plan, bolt-hole for bolt-hole.

Each optimised nest becomes a real CNC toolpath. RBVBS plays the cut back live — every pierce, every kerf, every rapid — so the shop sees exactly what the machine will do before the torch ever fires.

06 Bolt assurance

20% of parts cause 80% of failures. Bolts are that 20% — never one missing.

RBVBS models every connection as a graph G(V,E) — vertices are bolted junctions, edges are the members they join. The moment a frame is designed, every junction’s bolt diameter, length, grade, washers, nuts and counts are checked against its grid before erection — design to detailing to purchase to site to dispatch, in one closed loop.

07 What RBVBS does

A building is thousands of assemblies that go up in a strict order. RBVBS tracks that order — to the bolt — and proves it.

Pre-engineered buildings are erected layer by layer: footings, columns, rafters, bracing, girts, sheeting. RBVBS holds the whole structure as a live model, records every milestone from the field, and turns the day's work into a dated, defensible progress report.

3D · 4D VIEWERF-01

See the model fill in by date

Slide through time and watch frames, braces and girts appear exactly as they were erected on site. Any day, any bay, any assembly — rendered, not described.

DPR CAPTUREF-02

The report writes itself

Tap an assembly, set its milestone — received, erected, QC — from any device on site. The daily progress report assembles from the events as they land.

VALIDATED TRANSITIONSF-03

No step out of sequence

Every state change is checked against the erection logic. No column before its footing, no sheeting before its purlins. The model refuses what the site can't do.

BOQ & QUANTITIESF-04

Quantities reconcile to the model

Bolt counts, steel weights and bay totals roll up live and tally against the geometry — not a spreadsheet that drifted three revisions ago.

08 How it works

Capture validate report.

STEP 01

Capture

Field crews mark milestones straight on the model — received, erected, bolted, QC — from a phone or tablet at the frame.

STEP 02

Validate

Each transition is checked against the build sequence before it's accepted. Out-of-order events are caught at the point of entry.

STEP 03

Report

The dated DPR — model, quantities, status by layer — is published to every stakeholder. One source of truth, stamped by day.

10 The geometry lab

The maths under the steel — 26 working instruments.

Every right angle a PEB depends on traces back to the rope stretchers. This lab holds the ancient surveying constructions, the SNGT trigonometry parser and the rope-and-bush algebra behind RBVBS — each one a live, draggable instrument, rebuilt on the RBVBS design system.
